CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change or cancel the order by sending an email or contacting us by phone. We can not guarantee that we are able to see the mail in time. Therefore it is best to check the order extra carefully before placing it.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS: CUSTOMS/TAXES/DUTIES.

Unfortunately it can happen that there are import costs involved for shipments outside India. Unfortunately, we do not know in advance and can not guarantee that this will not happen. We are not liable for these costs.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love your Girgit merchandise! That said, if any item that is damaged, or has missing parts is eligible for return. Please contact customer care within 3 days of receiving your parcel (e-mail us at girgitstore@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91- 9833134222). We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact. We will notify you as soon as we receive your return shipment. Upon verification, if the return shipment meets the above requirements, we will process a store credit. The store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue and can be used against any merchandise on our website.

If any Girgit product does not fit (size) as per customers order, it is eligible for exchange within 7 days. The customer will bear the courier charges to send the goods to Mumbai head office & we will deliver the revised size at our cost.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIME?

We ship across India and worldwide. We charge a non-refundable, flat shipping fee of INR 99 on all orders under INR 2000. Orders above INR 2000 enjoy free shipping across India. Our standard delivery time is 7-10 working days from order confirmation.
